2023 Results
LYNX CLUB CHAMPIONS
Congratulations to our 2023 Lynx Club Champions! Shelly Edgerton defeated Mindi Snyder 6 & 5 to claim the Women's Gross Flight. Michelle Liggett defeated Sue Frye to claim the Women's Net Flight.
David Talsma defeated Corey Cohle 3 & 2 to take the Platinum Division title. John Lewis and Mark Zyzelewski needed extra holes and John took the Silver Division title with his sudden death victory in 19 holes. Pete Fager defended his Bronze Division title with his victory over Bob Bailey. Pete won 3 & 2.
Thank you to all who played. Competition can be fun and our champions will be on the Wall of Fame and have their VIP parking for 2024.

Ball Buster
John Lambert & Mike Cochran are our 2023 Ball Buster Champions and will be enshrined on our Wall of Fame! They won in a playoff over Josh Matulka & Zack Wyatt. Both teams shot 68 on a challenging set up. The playoff went 5 holes! The pins were tucked and various tees were used. It was a fun day for sure and the teams were tested, that's why it's called the Ball Buster! Thank you to all who played & Mother Nature for a perfect day.

M-89 Challenge Girls
Congratulations to the Otsego Bulldog ladies who won our Annual M-89 Challenge by a single shot, defending their title! They shot 201. Edged out the Plainwell Trojan team & it's not often you see a final score this close in team competition. Team Otsego: Maliea Holmes, Sydney Grile, Ava Busscher, Avery Selent, Stephanie Scott & Annika Quakenbush. They are coached by Matt Rayman. Well played ladies. It was a fun day for all & the weather was perfect. Thank you to all who played: Otsego, Plainwell, Wayland Union, Hopkins and Hamilton!
Father’s Day Scramble
Congratulations to Team Cohle/Kragt. They shot 58 to win the annual Father's Day Scramble. They edged out team Wilkes/Franklin and team Burkholder who both shot 61. We had a full field and everyone enjoyed their day with dad. Team Cohle/Kragt and team Burkholder took the skins pot. Closest to the pin winners were Wes Pummill, Brent Bartelson, Brad Auten and Biff. The event was a sellout and thank you to all who played!
Betty June
2023 Betty June Invitational Champions! Annika Flight: Lois Heuchert & Kathy Russell - 67. Betsy Flight: Sue Frye & Sue Hazen - 64. It was a fun day of golf and competition. Thank you to all who played. Always great to host the ladies.
M-89 Challenge Boys
Otsego Bulldogs are the M-89 Challenge Champions! They finished at 332 in the aggregate format. The Plainwell Trojans finished runner-up at 341. Mother Nature was kind this year and treated the players to some great weather. Eli Timmerman from Hamilton and Spencer Shearer from Otsego shared co-medalist honors shooting 77's. Thank you to all the local schools who played. They were Otsego, Plainwell, Hamilton, Wayland Union, Allegan, Saugatuck & Delton Kellogg.
ROWE BOAT
Congrats to our 2023 Rowe Boat Champions Pat McCabe & Lucas Stauffer. They shot 66 to claim the title. Runner-ups were Joshua Lint & Micah Schmitt with 70. Three other teams shot even par. The Shamble format was challenging but fun. You really needed to play well off the tee. Mother Nature was kind tho! Seems we caught one of the those rare nice days for the event! Thank you to all who played and we look forward to our Senior Scramble at the end of the month.
TINK
2023 TINK Champions - Matt Bourdo, Tom Hollman & Robert Thompson. They shot 59. Our ladies champions were Nancy Zyzelewski, Marcia Hukill & Tosca Rifenberg. They shot 70. Our mixed champions were Mark Franklin, Emma Franklin & Remi Franklin. They shot 62. Thank you to all who played! We had a record field to honor "Tink" and contribute to our junior golf program. Mother Nature was kind too! It was a fun day for all.
